Head Girl Georgie reports on today’s assembly and this year’s RAG day: ‘As hopefully many of you are aware, this year’s RAG day run by the Prefects is themed ‘Alice in Neverland’, a mixture of Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan. The Prefects want to put more emphasis on the charity aspect this year, as RAG stands for ‘raising and giving’. Therefore we arranged for Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) to come into our assembly today and give a talk about the amazing work this charity does. As the rights of Peter Pan were given to GOSH in 1927 by J.M. Barrie, this will be the main charity we are supporting this coming RAG day.’
