Lower Sixth students maximised the opportunity to gain careers experience from a selection of alumnae, who kindly returned to Prior’s Field on Monday evening for our annual Careers Dinner.

Student Sammi reports, ‘The dinner was a chance for the Lower Sixth to meet and network with 10 Old Girls who talked to them about their careers and how they got to where they are today. Some were able to offer work experience and others support with CV writing. The evening was a great success on both fronts – it was lovely to have the Old Girls back and also great for the Lower Sixth to make links which they can follow up.’

Alumnae who kindly gave their time to attend the evening were: Clare Aldrich, Researcher in Technology and Change; Laura Cheese, Assistant TV Location Manager; Taylor Barnett, studying International Development; Suzie Forbes, Marketing and PR Assistant; Adelaide Goodeve, runs her own business as a Lifestyle Success Coach; Beth Healey, Constituency Caseworker; Madeleine James, Commercial Property Solicitor; Becky Merrick-Wilson, HR; Anastasia Paterson, on an IBM placement year; Julia Velati, Senior Business Standards Consultant.
